after completing 24 projects throughout two and a half years in poly, the very last one was submitted this evening. hooray! and as much as everyone knows these projects would serve us well in preparing for the future, i guess we all have had enough.

yeah, over, done, finished, no more, whoohoo!

with one task less for my mind to be occupied with, thoughts have been pouring in from all over. primarily, still asking myself, 'so whats next?'.

my father has been encouraging me to apply for an overseas uni, while my mom prefers me to stay local. as for myself, i have really no clue. i've heard from many recently that its been getting more competitive and tougher to get a spot into a business course in our local unis for the fact that its a hot pick. and i guess thats rather demoralising to know.

somehow, i cannot comprehend why it would be ridiculously more difficult for one to get into a local uni than an overseas one which has even better ratings than those we have locally. besides, some foreigners are even getting scholarships to study here, while in the first place, local students with better results don't even qualify for a spot, not to mention scholarships. needless to ask, why the !@#$% is our gahmen attracting foreigners to study here when her own people cant even get places in, and instead have to go overseas just for the chance to study what is actually already offered at home?

being a real piss off, theres no surprise why more are deciding to remain overseas and not return home upon graduation. sheesh, can someone explain to me the rationale for the above please?
